The next 2 comps are the regional at Gateshead on the 8th of October and the Northern championships on the 22nd and 23rd of October at Ashington. We have not had the renewal pack from British Gymnastics yet but the prices for BG membership will probably be the same as last year
grade 6,5,4= £15
grade 3 and above and entry to the Northern= £22
for the year Oct 2006- Sept 2007.
Letters will be handed out in the next week or so for this

How about this suggestion? at billingham the coaches spend 20 minutes on each bed and therefore get to be coached by all of the coaches. This wouldnt work in our session time because is only 90 mins long, but 15 mins a bed would work perfectly, then we would get to see both coaches for a longer time throughout the session and our routines would reach a higher standard.
15 minutes for 4 or 5 people isnt very long anonymous. Thats why Linsey and I swap beds each week so we get to spend more time with you all.
Have you any proof that this will make routines reach a higher standard? The Hartlepool team seem to be doing VERY well the way they are training now!
