Last nights training

Last night was a little different we planned the training to include a lot of stretching, exercise and strenghening and we had a few grumpy faces because of that.
However what we saw in just over an hour was a huge improvement! By the end of the session so many more of you were thinking about the move you were working on and phasing the move (shape of take off, flight and landing). We are going to do a yearly timetable and plan sessions to include more of this aswell as other sessions specifically geared towards different activities and skills. We hope after thinking about it you noticed a change yourself at the end of last night. The majority worked really hard!
Some are questioning the importance of flexibility, fitness and strength but these things are vital for your success in ANY sport and activity and if these factors are included in training the benefits will come back and most certainly will show in competition scores!

If you come 15 minutes early, we can warm up on the floor before moving on to the trampolines. Some have said that it eats in to class time, but as you can see from reading the paragraph above, this IS part of class time and a very important one.

fridays session was great after wednesdays (at least me n sam think so! lol) Anyway i fink me n sam work better when wer hyper wat du u fink linsey?

hi i did lyk wednesday class as it seems to have improved so much of my moves. I was howeva 1 of the grumpy faces an i take back everything i sed. I hope though that we do normal stuff next wednesday.

I didnt really enjoy wednesday class as i didnt see much point in it. But it was k as a 1 off but friday was much much better though an i wud rather have more sessons lky that rather than lyk wednesday

No I don't agree.
Saying that we have never done it before so why do it now is just idiotic! And have you forgotton about the flexibility competition and what an improvement everyone made??? That was a big difference!
Also if you are not tight in your shapes you WILL be marked at competition.
So anonymous, I think your comment was just stupid!

I now see why we did that class and do agree that it has improved our strengh. I think that another of these classes should be done again evan though i was a grump on the day xxx

I agree and have seen a difference in the way i bounce. I agree wiv lisa an linsey that we should do another one of these!!!! Evan though i moaned on the day $aM XXXXXx

Does that anonymous have a clue about what its talking about because i don't think so (any one else agree) we shouldn't listen to what its said and all stretch before using the trampolines and warm up properly when on it.

Anyway enough about that who else can't wait until the comp because i can't
